Frequently Asked Questions

  • It starts with in you inquiring, followed by a phone call, FaceTime or coffee meetup, whatever your preference is. We discuss the logistics and details of the event. If you want to proceed i’ll email you the contract with the deposit details and that’s it!

  • 50% non-refundable deposit down to book the date and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. There are no refunds after the remaining balance is paid. There are also no refunds after the wedding event. No exceptions.

    All weddings booked within 30 days of the wedding date will be required to pay the full amount to book and are non-refundable.

  • The answer is yes and no. I absolutely can but the emphasis will have to be on one or the other for your ceremony and the video will be a highlight reel of the day. If both are important to you please inquire and I can make a custom team wedding package for you.

  • Venmo, Zelle or PayPal are preferred.
    I can also accept credit cards with a +2.5% transaction fee.

  • Generally yes! The packages above reflect the most common scenarios of what people are looking for. However, if you’re looking for something specific not listed above please inquire.

  • Yes absolutely! I will literally travel anywhere you want to send me.

  • Somewhere between cinematic and documentary style. I want your photos and videos to feel true to life but also like a fairytale. Something you keep going back to time and time again that never gets old but could also feel like a piece of art.

  • Yes and no.

    For elopements, adventure elopements and smaller weddings, absolutely! I can help with locations, permits, time of day, vendors, etc and help move things along throughout the day.

    For traditional weddings I don’t offer coordination and planning. However, I can recommend venues, vendors and some amazing planners I’ve worked with in the past. And yes a good planner makes all the difference on the day of!

  • No fly zones are: Any venues in and around Troutdale, designated wilderness areas, national parks, Washington Park, anywhere within 5 miles of an airport, certain state parks. Some venues also have drone rules, please inquire with your event location for more info if drone footage is important to you.

  • Full time since January 2012 and no plans of ever stopping.
